Syntesio Smart medium & large is bundled with Syntesio Droid, our revolutionary FAQ database with Artificial Intelligence-powered search.As you are chatting with your visitors, you can save answers to the most frequent questions. Team management
With our team management you can organize and sort your chat agents in teams. Every team can be assigned different chat queues.For example, you can assign your agents “Gunnar” and “Lasse” to team Sweden and assign the queues swedish-sales and swedish-support to them, and then assign “Steven” and “Andrew” to the team UK and assign the queues uk-sales and uk-support to that team.

Secure & Stable
Syntesio Smart is powered by the Syntesio Platform, the same codebase that powers our enterprise services.The fact that it is built from top to bottom to run in a clustered hosting environment ensures that we quickly can increase our computing capacity as our user-base grows. If we need more capacity we simple add another server or two.
Also we use DNS failover for our javascript-tag hostnames, tag.syntesio.net and ssltag.syntesio.net. Should our server go offline your website would not be affected. You only loose chat functionality for a little while until our server is back online.
