Thanks to a unique collaboration between Syntesio and Prifloat (www.prifloat.se, Swedish only) we're proud to announce the immediate availability of the new survey module in Syntesio Chat. Prifloat AB has produced what is probably the most effective and flexible survey tool, known as the Prifloat System. The Prifloat System is currently in use by a broad range of different companies in different verticals in their development process. Some examples of usage is to measure guest attitude and satisfaction in the hotell and restaurant business, as a consultant tool for needs analysis, product evaluation, customer-, co-worker- and supplier-surveys and for target-group analysis as preparation for advertising production and delivery follow up. Now with the tight integration with Syntesio Chat we can use the powerful reporting capabilities of Prifloat to measure the performance of a live-chat team in Syntesio Chat. By asking a few questions after a finished chat we can measure how our chat guests experience:
What is even more exciting is that you can measure all of this over different periods of time and tag each answer with different categories, for example which agent they chatted with and the topic of the conversation (for example: support, sales, invoices, technical questions, etc.). When you have all this information collected you can create reports based on different criteria, like is agent X better at sales queries than support queries? Do our guests percieve us as more friendly on Wednesdays than on Monday mornings? Which team of agents get the most satisfied guests? The possibilities are almost unlimited. The survey module is available immediately as an add-on module for Syntesio Chat customers. |
