Today is the first day of a new era for Syntesio AB. We are announcing some very exciting changes to our product offerings and corporate branding that is the result of 5 years of hard work and dedication from our entire team.
However, before we go into detail about the individual changes, we would like to tell you a little about our background and how Syntesio came to be what it is today.
In the beginning, Syntesio was the name of an integrated live-chat and web analytics solution which we launched in 2005. The success we got and the attention which we received for this first product of ours went beyond our wildest expectations. We realized that we had found our calling and therefor, we decided to focus on creating business solutions like this. Syntesio AB was born.
Since we are a small team, we decided to initially work only with a few carefully selected clients, which could provide us with feedback, help us perfect our technical platform and strengthen our product offering. During these last 5 years we have done just that, gathered experience and constructed, what we believe to be, the strongest foundation for web-based business applications available today, the Syntesio Platform.
The Syntesio Platform is an easily scalable and redundant code-base, integrated with an intelligent Single Sign On solution, which now form the the foundation of all our product offerings.
During these last 4 years we have done just that, … constructed … the strongest foundation for web-based business applications available today, the Syntesio Platform.
Now, we are ready to release our products based on the Syntesio Platform to a wider audience. In order to do this, we are announcing the following changes that will be implemented, starting in the fourth quarter of 2009.

This new look of Syntesio.com, launched today, eventually will be implemented on all our products and give them a unifying look-and-feel. - New customer portal, My Syntesio
In a few months our new customer portal, My Syntesio will be launched. My Syntesio will provide a Dashboard-view of key information from the services which you subscribe to. It will also make it possible to buy and manage your subscriptions online and to communicate with our support team. - New, more affordable, pricing
With the launch of My Syntesio, we’re able to lower our prices and make our products affordable for a wider range of customers, while still providing world-class service and support.
The changes we are making this year mark an important milestone for Syntesio AB. We hope that you will decide to join us, in one way or another, on the exciting journey that begins for us today.
